PDF (€1.99): Because the report is generated instantly, refunds are generally not available once the PDF has been downloaded. Contact us if a technical error prevented access.

Pro subscriptions: Cancel anytime via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
